Criminal Law
Criminal Law is that body of law which deals with matters where there is an allegation that a crime has been committed. In a criminal matter there are essentially two opposing parties, the Prosecution and the Accused.
As a Firm we represent only persons who have been accused of a Crime. We do not prosecute nor assist in the prosecution of Accused persons – what this means is that we are Defence Attorneys.
